Why Clients Work with Me: Connection Matters
From a neuroscience perspective, creating connection is a leader’s second most important job. Psychiatrist and thought leader Dr. Edward Hallowell has identified two paradoxes of modern life. First, “While we have grown electronically superconnected, we have simultaneously grown emotionally disconnected from each other.” Disconnection short-circuits the Cycle of Excellence more quickly than anything else. “Disconnection is one of the chief causes of substandard work in the modern workplace. But it is one of the most easily corrected.”
Where I come in:
Connection is my “Why.” My superpower is to hold the space you need to connect: to break down complexities, to deepen awareness, and to develop new skills and pave a path forward. The goal? Strengthened leadership and collaboration that creates meaningful outcomes for you and your team.
When I commit, I’m in completely. That means clients benefit from my evidence-based approach to coaching and facilitation, deep insights in courage-building curriculum from Dr. Brené Brown, applied leadership and organizational development theories and practices, and over 20 years of corporate leadership experience working primarily with executive leaders.
I work with a select number of leaders, teams, and corporate clients. That’s because every experience is customized to meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.
